Kenco Coffee Vending Machines

It’s really interesting to draw comparisions between buying something online and buying from a Kenco coffee vending machine. In both experiences we are only going to buy an item if the machine (or website) is in the right position. Next the offering has to be enticing enough to get the customer to put their hand in their pocket and part with the required funds. A safe payment system has to be in place, ever put money onto a vending machine only to find that the coins get “eaten”, then complain to the management only to find the response “sorry not our machine”. Online, the site owner has to build confidence that the card details will be kept secure and properly respected.

All good fun, weather it is a cup of coffee, a chocolate bar or a new car the rules are the same and doing the job right and making the proper up-front investment will pay dividends many times over.

Jack goes back to his roots

Great to here news of my mate Jack from Choir. He is off in Guyana (that in South America), if you were not sure like me. Seems he is enjoying eating roots and going barefoot whilst doing a great job teaching the locals a thing or two about the welsh language and baroque music.
