Cheap USB Wireless Adapter

Recently picked up this cheap wireless dongle, but lost the installation disk. Eventually found this link with a driver that works, hope this info will be of help to someone out there!

    I I get this error message at the start of my loading up when it opens Plexus…What do i have to do ….

    LCID(1485204058) undefined. Please open [Language.ini] and define it

    I bought this USB adapter from ebuyer last week and have been unable to install properly as my PC will not detect that the adapter is inserted in any of the USB ports. In addition, sporadically I get a windows message saying that I should insert the adaptor in a high speed USB port but all ports are USB 2.0 (Dell dimension 1100) s should work fine. Can anyone help?

    ive had this for a while and with the tenda software drivers it keeps dropping connection, every few so often i have to unplug it and plug it back in.

    its very annoying, i have a bekin router and a laptop with a belkin card and they are fine, if i cant sort this out i;ll be having to buy a belkin usb.

    anyone else having dropping connection problems?

    Hi, I couldn’t find my cd to install my WA-T1 usb dongle on replacement machine but was very fortunate that when i plugged it in (XP) it wanted to find the drivers and told it to sear the web and hey presto it instsalled them directly and it’s working perfectly.

    When it installed it calls it -

    Marvell Libertas

    Also, three friendsinstalled actual tendra.cn usb dongles and initially they got the LCID Error message.

    Emailed Tendra and they initially said was an operating problem but came back few weeks later with an updated set of drivers.

    I don’t have a web site to be able to put it on but if anyone still needs drivers I can email this to see if it solves the problem.

    To stop the LCID undefined error, change the 1033=English(US) line in language.ini file in Program Files/Plexus/WA-T1/Language folder. For English UK, change this line to 2057=English and resave language.ini

    Gary, you’re a star! been messing with the language.ini file for ages . . . I knew it was something obvious like that. Should have realised it was US Englsh!!

    Hello, here is an updated driver link which worked for me after a lot of searching the web

    I have a Plexus WA-T1 usb dongle which seems to have been rebranded to/from Tenda. The v4.0 driver worked fine for me (after a painfully slow download), I’m using the wireless connection to send this message.
