Start here

If you’re tired, sick, overwhelmed or just don’t know what to do. If your energy is gone, your head’s a mess and you don’t know who to trust: stop scrolling and do this.

1

Move your body, now

  • Get outside. Walk.
  • Move your arms. Breathe through your nose.
  • If you’re exhausted, move gently. If you’re wired, move slowly.

Motion calms emotion. Stillness can come after movement.

2

Eat something real

  • Can’t get a proper meal? Skip the garbage.
  • No more “just a snack” to cope. You’re not a bin.
  • Good fallback: boiled eggs, tinned fish, vegetables, fruit, broth, oats, nuts, butter, salt.
  • If you’ve been overeating, give your system a rest: drink some water, keep the next meal simple, and work through the other steps.

Your body can go without food for a while. It can’t go without nutrients forever.

3

Get some daylight and breathe

  • Stand in daylight. Even cloudy light helps.
  • Breathe slowly through your nose. Five seconds in. Seven seconds out.
  • No phone. No podcast. Just light and breath.

You are solar-powered. You are air-powered. Don’t forget.

4

Sleep tonight like your life depends on it

  • Lights off early. Screens off earlier.
  • Cool, dark, quiet room.
  • Magnesium or a hot bath if you’re wired.
  • Don’t fight your brain. Wind it down instead.

Tomorrow starts tonight.

5

Tell one person

  • Text or call one person you trust and say “I’m not doing great today.”
  • You don’t need a plan or an explanation. Just let someone in.

Problems shrink when they’re shared.
